....and appears to be asset stripping already. That sounds horribly familiar. Good luck Plymouth, I think you're going to need it.

Indeed only £55 cheaper than one Mr Archer

The wolf is in the house.
Hopefully with the new laws reg only spending a percentage of your turnover this stuff will be in the past. No clubs should be allowed to get to their kness for people like this to walk up behind.

How that man is still allowed to be involved in football is beyond me. As others have said, Good luck PAFC.

Poor Plymouth. Haven't their fans suffered enough? And why is Ridsdale still allowed anywhere near a football club, considering the trail of destruction he always leaves in his wake?

Maybe they are, I didn't think to check; to be fair, they've been in a pretty dire situation for a while and I wouldn't blame them for seeing this as good news. Given Ridsdale's track record though, I'm not sure they'll still feel that way a year or two down the line.

If it were a choice between oblivion and Ridsdale, what would you choose?

That's my point, he's no saviour, he's just the least-bad option: and when Ridsdale is your least-bad option, things are very bad indeed.

Anyway, I hope I'm wrong on this, Plymouth are a good club and their fans deserve much better than they've had in recent years.

The last I heard it was an anonymous group, probably developers, looking to take over with pre-conditions about being able to build around the ground, so maybe this is the lesser of two evils

Either way it doesn't sound great, good luck PAFC

Peter Ridsdale really is the 5th horseman of the apocalypse; Pestilence, Famine, War, Death, and Administration. When he shows up on the horizon, panic. Your club's f***ed.
