Not a shock all things considered - but very sad - I remember his live version of the the stones all over now from a long ago gig

Bloody Hell. Saw him at Big Apple in Brighton and often get tracks from Second Winter on shuffle. Sadly, many are reaching that age now...

I saw him at the Albert Hall in the 70's, he was great but wouldn't come out for an encore 'cos it was his birthday!! :facepalm:

I saw him at the Big Apple with Rick Derringer. They were absolutely amazing live. Their version of Jumpin' Jack Flash was phenomenal. Winter's vocals always were crap.
