If Tyson Fury can make it any fit man around the 16/17st mark should be able .

As much as I think Fury is a total tool. Fury comes from a fighting family and has been taught to fight from the age of 5. Ferdinand has probably done some boxercise classes at the gym. To suggest any fit man at 16st/17st could be undisputed heavyweight champion of the world is laughable.

Why would you put your health and possibly life at risk to participate in this sport? He doesn't need the money [emoji853]

I think it's about the training, and then maybe a bout as something to concentrate on and something to focus on - other than whatever is bad in your life. Having something to train for, something to prepare for and something to distract yourself with might be his motivation here, and I for one could certainly understand that. Setting yourself a challenge and then working toward it is definitely a distraction from the negative things in your life.

Good luck to him, I say.
