RIP Richard. Oddly, I can't help but envy the crematorium technician for that moment when he is gathering the ashes to decant into the urn and finds a set of giant, razor sharp, metal dentures.
Sad news. I only just heard him this week on Radio 4, he was on The Reunion which was about James Bond this time.
