Mis-led into a MASSIVE pay rise and eventually becoming an established Championship player? You can't blame him really, although coming out and saying he would sign when he was playing quite poorly and then f***ing off was not the best way of going about things.

Harding was a young player who made a few mistakes, but had obvious potential, which he is now making good on. Richards is a good player too, but until I see it in the Championship he is not as good.
