Judging by the part where one of them keeps falling over I wonder if our old friend from up the road was used as a model
That was interesting. Did the AI robots work out that at some point along the way that a referee and VAR may come and that it would be worth practicing falling over?
I think it could have a future. Punch ups on the pitch could be fun, a cross between football and Robot Wars.

I think I saw a film about this, had this Austrian actor in it, Arnold Schwarzenegger. Anyway think everything turned out alright in that one.

Just in time to lose focus on the UK transfer window. Maybe he can delegate all that stuff to his good mate James Corden?
Not sure that anyone at Chelsea should be looking at transfer windows, other than to get shot of some more of the dross. Someone needs to hide the cheque book and focus on getting a decent coach in who is left to put his own mark on the club, without some clueless plonker buying up anything with two legs priced over £50m.

Moreover Mr. Boelhy needs to keep out of team affairs completely, leave it to others who know better.

Todd attempts to motivate Chelsea players by saying their motivation levels are disappointing....
Todd Boehly attempted to rouse Chelsea’s players before Tuesday’s Champions League tie against Real Madrid by delivering a speech in the dressing room after the defeat by Brighton on Saturday, during which the American described the club’s season as “embarrassing”.

The co-owner was joined by his fellow board members, Behdad Eghbali and Hansjörg Wyss, when he addressed the squad after Chelsea fell to their third consecutive defeat. Boehly, barracked by supporters during the Brighton game, waited for Lampard to finish talking to the players before stepping up to makeclear that the hierarchy expected far better after spending close to £600m on signings since buying the club last summer.

About an hour passed before Boehly, Eghbali and Wyss were seen exiting the dressing room and although it is not unusual for owners to speak to players, one insider said “the whole thing was weird”.

Todd attempts to motivate Chelsea players by saying their motivation levels are disappointing....

From the article:

It is understood one senior player, signed for a large fee in the past 12 months, was singled out for heavy criticism. That player, whose identity is not being disclosed, is believed to be disillusioned with the situation and cut a disgruntled figure in training before Chelsea attempt to overturn a 2-0 deficit from the first leg against Madrid.
