Having watched us go out in the youth team cup 2.0 last night against what looked like the Stevenage Borough over 25's things were a lot more lively at the Stadia Woodside in Siberian Worthing tonight.
QPR featured amongst others Eric Sabin, Paul Furlong and some chap has been called Warren Barton.(hee hee!!) European footy to Woodside in two short seasons, or toon town to toy town!!
It was a well balanced team for us inc. Keeley between the sticks and Watto,Harding, Hinsch and Virgo keeping a tight defence.
0.0 at half time but things soon warmed up mid way second half when there was a 15 odd man re-enactment of Fight Club. Saw one of our lads clocked on the chin in a great dust up which resulted in both sides having two men sent off (Virgo and Marney for us).
With 5 mins to go we scored the winner but with frosted up glasses missed who it was. Bring on Sunday and The Blue Peter Garden extension otherswise called Loftus Road!!
