People need to set up a just giving page and aim for a £ 250 minimum target each. May I suggest holing fire until June and the Marathon and REMF 12 fund raising events are done first.

I can't even begin to imagine how bad the chafing would be after 50 miles without lycra. I am, and will remain, a MAMIL.

Nope.

Just need to be able to ride a bike from Selhurst to Amex within a sort of reasonable time I imagine, so fitness is the only real consideration.
