I went with a couple of mates (one of whom is a Liverpool supporter but came along for the craic) and Mrs Gwylan. Had a couple of pints in the Mochyn Du (I remembering ordering in Welsh, the first time I'd done this in the south) and ambled over to the ground.
The game wasn't great but what an atmosphere. I know Cardiff reasonably well so avoided loads of the traffic by using the back streets and were back on the M4 pretty quickly. We passed loads of cars trailing Brighton scarves and flags and it reminded me a bit of the glory days of the late 70s. I loved it - made up for the disappointment of the Wembley play-off in 91.
