6 games left we realistically need 12 points from 18 to be there come end of season. Come on Brighton. Both Leeds and Tranmere have hard run ins, our destiny is in our hands.:clap2::clap2::clap2:

3 wins against Port Vale, Hartlepool and Luton with draws against the rest and I reckon we'll be in 5th or 6th place.

The Walsall v Tranmere game next Saturday could define our chances.

Assuming Leeds win their game in hand, we need to overhaul both them and Tranmere. A win for the Merseysiders on Saturday will make it a very hard task for us.

I still expect us to finish eighth. We are not going to catch Donny, Southend or Forest.

If Crewe, Brighton, Cheltenham and Walsall were to win on Saturday that league would look damned good.

Wise words.

I suspect we will need 14 points to make 6th place. So we need to find some more firepower up front, especially for the Luton and BRovers games which we have to win.
Personally, I would take it going to the last game whatever the final outcome, but ideally with it still in our hands.

If we don't beat Southend then we have no chance.
