Just home, dropped m'lad and a mate in south London due to the rail strike only for Satnav to send me back via Selhurst and then the A23 to be closed at Hooley needing a crazy diversion via Chipstead Village. Do I need a cashback? Do I feck. What I need is to smash them on Saturday, that's the only compensation true Albion fans need.
PS Highlights: civil and cheap pub; the gallows humour at the end; m'lad leading us all in GOSBTS on 88 minutes. As Mickey would say, Keep The Faith.

I've seen clubs (well players) reimburse fans after woeful performance.
Tonight's game has been truly awful.
It would be a nice gesture if these millionaires were to reimburse those far more loyal than me the cost of their ticket and expenses.
An apology at the very least, they should be embarrassed.
The fans get behind the team week in week out, spending hard earned money, now to give something back!
Perhaps the bonding session should be somewhere the working man can afford next year.

If this is the case, it's lucky you weren't at Villa Park this season

Playing snooker
To quote Kipling

If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
I prefer his one that went:

‘Tis of little avail, my friends
To become twisted and bitter
When you go to Luton on a Tuesday night
And chuck 3 points down the shitter

I'd like to see football clubs introduce a system where they charge you an amount after the game based on how good it was.

TB: Roberto de Zerbi, son of Brescia…
RDZ: Do I say ‘yes’?
PBOBE: Yes.
RDZ: Yes.
TB: You have been found guilty by the elders of the town of conceding four goals to Luton Town and playing a bad game so, as a blasphemer
FANS: Oooooooh!
TB:… you are to be stoned to death.
FANS: Aaaaaaahh!

It is nothing to do with 'loyalty'. It is to do with finances, childcare commitments, work commitments etc.

In fact, anyone uber-loyal would to be far too loyal to expect reimbursement.

….and the thirty sovs they refund us from last night wouldn’t cover the nine goal fest at Stoke and Sheffield.

TBH I don’t know why I’m replying to this thread as the OP has got to be on a wind up, no one can be that much of a wet wank after we lose a match can they? 🤣

Oh dear! How sad you are. On that premise then will you double the admission money back to the club after the team beat Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool so convincingly in the last year? Oh, and then there’s finishing top of our table in the Europa League. So we played and lost badly to Luton - that’s football, it happens to all teams.

Yes, most of us are far more loyal than you and although disappointed don't go chuntering on about reimbursement. By the way when you are looking for protection it’s a suit of ARMOUR, we are not American yet.

Right, rant over!

Look, you may be right, but can we all think of my overdraft briefly please.

If the players/club were to start reimbursing fans for every bad performance, then maybe as fans we should be obliged to pay a supplement for when we play particulalry well. If that was the case then the players are more than in credit over the last season and a half.

Can't believe this thread exists by the way. It shows an embarrassing level of entitlement.

Sunderland players reimbursed travelling fans' costs after an 8-0 thrashing at Southampton, but nothing under 7 merits such an overreaction. 4-0 is just a flesh wound.

Didn't realise ticket purchasing implied an SLA. Maybe make a claim against the club instead citing 2015 consumer rights act for goods not received or an S75 if you are smart and protected yourself against faulty products by using a credit card.
