Which scenario would you take given the choice:

1) draw both games

2) win Reading lose Newcastle

Would depriving Newcastle of 2 points be better than gaining the extra point ?

4 points fro the 2 games is a must I would say, win and a draw either way around is all good.

Barnsley will hopefully be up for this one and get at least a draw v Hudds. Then a win for us, 6 point gap going into Tuesday, I'd feel happier.

I had a specific question for this thread. But it seems to have veered off course !

Neither, win both.

No disrespect, but what a ridiculous question.

If anyone would prefer 2 points to 3, they need their head examined.
I don't think it's a ridiculous question. And I still can't make my mind up which I would prefer. Obviously 3 points is better than 2 but preventing Newcastle from getting 2 extra points would surely be more beneficial.

Well, clearly we're going to lose both games because we're 'not a two 2 side'...

EDIT: Sorry, not top 2 MATERIAL.

We don't want to lose to Newcastle, unless Newcastle then beat Huddersfield.

Worst case : Newcastle beat albion, Huddersfield beat Newcastle.

Need to beat Reading to mitigate in advance against this.
