Can make the same plea as Ferring Seagull. My wife has also got arthritic knees, and has found the stairs increasingly difficult, to the point that she has missed several matches now. Some sort of pass for the lift would be very useful. I'm sure she could get a Doctor's note!

You would need to contact customer services or the ticket office about this - as they will try and relocate your wife to a lower tier. The reason being if there is an emergency and we need to evacuate WSU the lifts would be unusable.
