Random thoughts/questions about tonight

Why isn't Dickinson playing for P'Boro?
Jim M must be enjoying 3-0 up at Scunny at HT
Why has Joel Lynch dropped off the face of the earth at NF? Is he injured?
Why wouldn't Coxy put himself in the shop window with a loan move as clearly he isn't going to play for us again this year?

Appreciate sensible answers. Stupid answers, please post on another thread.

I thank you.

Has Gus indicated that Cox has no future here especially with Lua Lua injured and Cox being a wide man. Has Cox asked to go out on loan? Has any club asked about his availability for a loan? All questions to which us on here have no answers the only man who does know the answers is not making any comment.

We can draw conclusions from his lack of presence in the squad. LuaLua gets injured and we immediately sign another midfielder so Cox will not be on the bench Saturday.

I would think that Hendrie and Cox are different style midfielders one is a central the othera wide man. What is the situation regarding yellow cards for Croft Dicker and Navarro anybody getting near to a suspension.

Dickinson has a hamstring injury. Jimmy Mac is on the bench for Scunny tonight according to Sky.

I would disagree. I actually feel thay are very similar, ignoring the gap in class. They are both players who are comfortable on the ball and their main skill is good passing and crossing (again ignoring that Cox never seems to show this anymore). I wouldn't see Hendrie as one of a two in midfield, however in a three he would be more useful finding the through balls and prompting play.

Cox's days are numbered. Lua Lua gets injured, Carole replaces him. Just with that decision I believe Gus has set out his stall.

I wouldnt expect to see Hendrie hugging the touchline as I would Cox but would expect him to be pushing the ball through from central positions as Carpenter and Rogers did in the past. Sorry but I dont know which Hendrie you see as a wide player in the Bennett.
Lua Lua, Cox or Carole mould.

If that is the case why hasnt Gus circulated his name as being available for a loan as I am sure there are clubs that would jump at him possibly lower than us like Barnet Dagenham Aldershot, even possibly Orient and Gillingham or Conference sides. That is just the very local sides but neither Tunnicliffe nor MCNulty have gone to a local side.

Didn't say i saw him in the Bennett or Lua Lua mould. Those two beat players then cross it or shoot. Carole used to do this too. Cox never beats his man and tends to turn inside then look for a pass or cross. I could easily see Hendrie fulfilling this role.

How do we know he hasn't? Maybe he doesn't offer anything even to League 2 clubs that they haven't already got? League 2 is probably where he is heading.

Is that his job? His concern is who he wants to play for him, not to find jobs for the players he doesn't want.
