Am i the only one who glanced at the thread title and saw "rally of cars being driven by fools"?
It then made no sense until i put in the commas "rally of cars, driving by, being fools"
Other than that i cannot help, being as i am in worthing, sorry!

Not a clue, but they were in the Goodwood area around 13:00 today.

I've noticed a few cars with Dutch plates driving about this week with loads of weird signs on the back and various household items glued to them . And they were all lada samaras and old school skodas.
