Quick Question for all the NSC techno wizards

The low battery symbol appeared on screen so i replaced with new batteries straight away, how ever, even the the remote works, the low battery symbol still appears, does anyone know why or how i get rid of it

If you are talking about a Sky remote then mine has done the same before, it seems to clear after a few button presses.

oh yeah, i meant SKY remote, sorry didn't mention that bit. Okay thanks but mine wont go away for some reason, 30 mins now

Go into interractive and the go back out and it should disappear

Have you tried the 30 second shut down on the sky box itself (pull power cable out)? Yes yes yes i know, i've basically said turn it off and on again...but that does seem to work on some issues!

nothing wrong with that method taz.....tried and tested NSC logic that is

Thanks very much indeed, that interactive suggestion worked, i would turn it off then on again but it means moving away from the Mini Bar
