Yeah, I think one or two in the ELEVEN page thread on this have had issues.

I just logged on and was told I was in a queue and had an estimated 1hr 30 mins to wait. Going back on later.

I logged on about 11:30 and got into the site after roughly 40 minutes.

Sounds to me like you're in limbo. If I were you I'd logout and start again. Or at least open another browser and start a parallel request.

NB ticket site always seems to work better if you're using a PC rather than iPads etc. Not a scientific observation but that's the impression I get.
