No, he wasn't. He was advocating potentially illegal 'arrests', trying to lay blame before investigation and utillising emotion to try to ramp up hatred. The man is a wanker.

Does that extend to the comment on the police needing to move quicker, and that there were shredding machines used in the Council? Has Mr Self evidence to that effect......if so, he should provide it please.
