So Farrage wants to put tarrifs on Chinese steel. So China say '**** off, you can't have any then'. So how does that make it easier for us to sell steel? the man is a solid gold ****.

What he is trying to say is that if we feel China is trading unfairly or subsidising its steel industry unfairly, we can't stop them due to our ties to the EU....obviously if we were separate from Europe we would take them down the pub and sort it out over a pint in the snug. Simples.
