[Albion] Purchasing tickets help

Can anyone help me navigate my way around buying tickets on the Albion website. I'm close to chucking my phone out of the window.

We've luckily and a bit of a fluke found ourselves in Brighton tomorrow night, so am trying to sort out a ticket for me and Mrs Junior, but f**k me it is hard work to hand over £80 of your finest pounds coins. I long for the days you could just pop up to Queens Road and get a ticket and pick it up outside the Stadium.

I've got an account and get as far as selecting the 2 seats I want to buy. Then it gives me a big text box in red when I try and pay, which seems to be some sort of issue in allocating the second ticket to Mrs J.

She also has an Albion account having bought me stuff from the club shop online before. But I've just been in her account and had to generate a fan number for her as she's never bought a ticket before.

So I've gone back into my account and now allocated the 2nd ticket to her using her new fan number, but it still won't accept it. So that's as far as I can get.

Any ideas?

Have you added her to your friends and family under her new fan number? Once that is done she should appear as an option to assign the ticket to.

Not sure if you need to add your wife to your Friends and Family list first?

The Fatherland
as others have said, it’s almost certainly because she is not added as a friend and family.

Okay that seems to be what is required. I can't find any section of the website where I can add friends and family. Where would I find the option?

When you are logged into the ticket site, click on your name in the top right hand corner. That should bring your profile page, at the bottom of that page should be your friends and family list and the option to manage the list etc.

Once you've done this, you should be able to add your wife to your friends and family list and then you can buy her a ticket.

Possibly dumb questions but just checking. So I sit next to my brother in law in WSU who can't make the Everton game and I want to take my son. Presumably, I need to pounce when he puts on exchange and I get one ' free ' share of his ticket? My son is on my friend and family list with his own fan number. Bearing in mind he's only 10 how does his electronic ticket get sent to me to put on Google wallet? Cheers

Can your BIL not share his ST with your son? He’d need to put your son on his F&F list. If he puts it on the exchange, you’ll have to pay full match day price for the ticket.

Once shared, the recipient receives an email so the ticket can be added to wallet - which I assume you do for your son.

And it will be your BIL that has the one free share of his ticket - assuming he’s not done so already.

The STH sharing it gets the email to forward on.
