Pubs showing CRICKERT in Brighton Town?

I know Brighton reasonably well but being from Eastbourne I don't know your pubs like i do the ones in my own town so I need some help, although what I want probably doesn't exist!

I'm going to see Athlete at Komedia tonight and because they're on at 9.30 I intend to watch most if not all of the Cricket in a pub nearby, where I would also like to have some grub.

Therefore, I want suggestions (if there is a pub that fits the bill) for a pub that is near Komedia, shows the Cricket and does relatively decent food?

Does this pub exist?

The Market Inn in the Lanes was showing the test the other day, that's quite near but I don't know about food in there and it's not a place I'd be likely to visit again unless I wanted to catch up on the score

The Eddy, near the station does good grub and normally shows sport but I doubt they'll have the sound on (burgers particularly recommended) about a five minute walk from the venue

The Lord Nelson in Trafalgar Street used to always show the cricket and did servicable grub during lunch times but I haven't been there for a while - probably the best bet 01273 695872

Can guarantee you the cricket will be on and the new chef does some fantastic food. However, it's not the nearest pub to Gardner Street.
