Popped (or more ‘was dragged’) into Holmbush at Shoreham yesterday……..someone had gone full ‘Palace Playoff’ in the bogs there :sick:

Hate to admit but I did have a similar 'situation' at Old Trafford last season.

Not at all pleasant.

That said, if Carlsberg selected places to have an issue......

Dear oh dear.

May I be the first person to coin a new cockney rhyming slang based euphemism?

Covered in Charles.

Think about it.

Glad to be of service. Another poster got his dad to cut out the lactose and told me it helped him too

Yes I just emptied my whole inbox (and saved the correspondence as a csv file, for the pending court cases).

Apart from a couple of pissy messages, 99.9% of it was chatting with pals, and/or plotting and scheming or gossiping with numerous fine correspondents about this that and occasionally the other ??? :lolol:

You’ll think this surprising, I faced a couple aggressive pm’s that I was a neo liberal :lolol:

Hi,

I did remember your very helpful info on that, from the time. Adult homo sapiens weren’t designed to drink copious amounts of cows milk, it’s no surprise that many westerners have that intolerence.

I went to lactose free milk, on your advice, after my op. It’s definitely made a significant difference. No need to go into detail here

Thank you

Have you cleared your pm inbox of right-wing attacks yet :lolol:

Price has jumped up a lot recently on lactose free milk …still worth it

Harry, I didn't realise how HUGE a help to me you were with PMs when I was coughing up blood and a scan showed a shadow on my lung (heavy smoker) when I was terrified about being in the RSC hospital in February 2018. It was just a winter virus, treated with antibiotics. With your support I packed up smoking just a few weeks later. That was scary. I felt so alone but you helped me so much.

Thanks once again mate.

I’ve followed this guy on Twitter for the last couple of years…Man Utd fan, but I’ve forgiven him….truly inspirational guy, you get links to others dealing with the same issue on various levels..I’ve learnt a lot by reading about peoples experiences.

The guy as well as raising awareness has/is raising money for prostrate charity …currently on day 262 in running 5k a day in 2022

(Sorry don’t know how to imbed tweets)

The MS loos are better than the ones just off the foyer for future ref ..cleaner and more booths

Thread derailing time, though I Blame Others.

In the stakes of the worst loos in the united Kingdom, excluding the South Stand bogs at the Goldstone.....did any of you ever take a walk on the wild side down the Clock Tower gents in the early 1970s?

Christ.

The floor through out was ankle deep in piss with an occasional island of discarded bog roll. The place was patrolled by an aged, noisy, foul, drunken and aggressive, leering, predatory paedophile, whose ability to chase behind me, a 12 year old boy, and run me into into a vacant cubicle with his arms outstretched, was circumvented only by his alcohol- (probably meths-) induced neurodegeneration.

There was not a square inch of the bog seat that wasn't smeared with shit.

The walls were carved with lurid invitations to indulge in onanism, complete with telephone numbers and even addresses.

Even taking a jimmy was a hazard, with a splash-back almost guaranteed to infect you with ghonorrhea, seborrhea, dermatitis, gingivitis and St Vitus Dance.

This, my friends, was the fate that awaited you if you were caught short after a too-lengthy sojourn in the bowels of Virgin Records, thumbing through esoteric vinyl by the likes of The Fugs, Caravan, Atomic Rooster, Van der Graaf Generator, Jefferson Airplane and The Doors.

HSBC Head office in Canary Wharf was broadly similar to be fair.

Packing up the ciggies has saved me thousands of pounds, improved my appetite, improved my physical health and cut my anxiety with all the toxins in them and it was all thanks to you and so many amazing people on NSC. All because I wanted to 'fit in' with the groovy gang the year before I left school.

I hope this thread gets more posters on here going to see their quacks, even if they think it's a minor problem. That's what the NHS is there for. I read that BBC news presenter, Bill Turnbull (RIP) didn't bother his doc for four years and thought it was a badge of honour. Sadly he lost his battle with the cancer of the prostate recently. :(

Mountain restaurant loos in the Italian Alps. A hole in the floor, surrounded by never cleaned ancient planks.

At least it was cold to slow down the multiplication of microbes.

A bit off topic but I had my Aorta scanned this week as it's part of the NHS plan to scan everyone in their 65th year.
Ten minutes in and out of the room.
Happy to report I'm still fit and healthy
