On the subject of Pröpper; on 606 earlier, Chris Sutton destroyed Jason Mohammed’s comparison of last season’s Albion squad with this season’s Cardiff City.

Sutton declared:

“Groß, Izquiredo, Pröpper & Locadia are all better than anything Cardiff has”.

He is right and is still backing Cardiff for the drop.

I love the fact he is ours. Absolute quality and for me our best player.

If he we keep improving our squad and adding better players alongside him, I think he will get even better for us. Bissouma with a few more games under his belt and Propper in midfield is quite a mouth-watering prospect.

Some poor passes from Davy, who's part of an Oranje squad still surrounded by despondency, but it was worth it to see Babel, with hair coloured a shade almost as ridiculous as Knockaert's, scoring from an inspired cross by Tete, who'd struggled before the goal. A bit of promise at last
