Anyone want to buy my vote?

I do not have the time or the energy to read up on each party.

Is there a treehugginggayalcopopsdrinkin' Party ? :D

I'll be voting for the greens in the euro election as they represent the majority but not all my views on europe, as well as sending an electoral message to Blair.

I don't think falmer should be an issue at euro level as it has nothing to do with the european parliament.

I've had some correspondence with the local greens on falmer after they got a roasting (and no vote) on my doorstep during the local elections, and I think the message has been getting to them re falmer, hence their non-commital stance at the enquiry.

If you are a potential green voter but are put off over the falmer issue then let them know about it, you never know you may help change their view.

One thing everyone should do, is vote, practically every viewpoint is covered by the parties on the ballot from the everybody out of the UKIP to the everybody in of the Lib Dems and all points in between. If you can't find anyone to vote for out of that lot then I wonder if you really have an opinion at all.

I take you rpoint, but you seem to be under the same impression as the main political parties, that people who don't vote do so because they don't care about, or don't have an opinion on, politics. It is, for example, possible to have the opinion that liberal democracy is not a valid, wothwhile, or adequate political system. If that is your opinion, then you cannot vote for any of these parties, because by doing so you vote in favour of something you oppose.

I would normally vote Labour, but why would I want to give them my vote to then find out in 1,2,3...10 months time that they've rejected the stadium. By voting BNP or any other group doesn't really do anything for me. What would happen if (hypothetically speaking) no one voted...? Would the govement sit up and take notice then???

Didn't someone once say that only fools get involved in debates about politics and religion?
