[NSC] Privacy policy wony go away

Anyone else got this problem?

Every time I open a thread or go to a new page the privacy policy thing pops up. It won't go away no matter if I click agree all or try to manage the cookies.

Whats up with that?

I was getting it. I found disabling my VPN, accepting the cookies then re-enabling VPN fixed it.

an actual case of "turning it off and one again" working

It started doing it again today after a chrome update. I managed to clear it last time but being brain dead I can't remember what I done

The Privacy Policy consent box will set a cookie to tell your browser you have accepted and not to ask you again.

So, if you are somehow blocking some cookies, either intentionally or by default browser settings, each time you go to a new page then you will be asked again, as the site won't see a "privacy policy accepted" cookie.

I've just tested the site on Chrome both when logged in and not and I was only asked once.

It goes if I block JavaScript but then tells me the site works better with it. Accept JavaScript it comes back.

I had the problem after running CC Cleaner I assume other clean up programme might be the same.
I had to go into settings and tell the programme to allow NSC then it was all back to normal

I always find Firefox infinitely better than these. Not telling you what to do, but if fancy trying it take a look as suspect won’t happen on there.
