No. Ticket office will do it for a fee I think

£5 (at least that's what they charge if you turn up without your ST)

They did so last season ahead of time FOC up to a point when they got windy about illegal seat sales. I got a paper ticket for Everton game well ahead and gave to a relative as I couldn't go and we weren't meeting to exchange ST; they didn't allow me to do same thing for Leicester match. Think it might have been related to establishing the third party seat sale process that I used successfully for Man U game that couldn't go to.

Suggest ringing ticket office to get the official view now.
