It's the kind of patronising comment that makes me cringe. All this 'we are bigger than you' nonsense.
Worse still, it's the kind of comment that can really come back and bite you on the arse. Pompey fans were probably saying exactly the same only recently.....and then.....
Their fans were excellent, was very impressed. Less impressed with the team though. Yes, they would have won it in the last 15 if they had any ambition and finishing skills but, for me, the faint praise "well organised" has rarely been more appropriate. I'd celebrate an away 0-0 if I had to watch a whole season of that,
