No not having that. Leicester won the Premier League with mostly Championship players. Yes they had a miraculous escape in the first season but with a few additions, not many, they won the bloody thing a year later. The Premier League is not to be feared is what I am saying.

Yes but realistically Leicesters title win was a fluke as the usual suspects (especially Chelsea) were collectively well below par. They don't seem to be now. Albion are just getting going in the top flight whereas there are many who have had years raking in Sky's riches - to me it's like next year is a free-hit to many and they will overspend this year because of the increased revenue whereas we will be much more cautious (and rightly so)
