I am two minds. Hull could very well draw 0-0 with Man United and this could send Newcastle down, but the Geordies then might get a last minute winner.

Hull, Middlesbro and West Brom to go down.

Sir Alex Ferguson is convinced Hull's relegation rivals would have even more reason to worry for their futures if he named his strongest side at the KC Stadium on Sunday.

With the Champions League final against Barcelona looming on Wednesday, Ferguson will leave all his senior stars out of the title winners' last league game, with the exception of Darren Fletcher, who is suspended, and the likes of Wes Brown, who will not be considered for Rome anyway.

The situation has led to suggestions Newcastle, Middlesbrough and Sunderland may combine to launch legal action against the Old Trafford club, although the clubs themselves have rejected such a notion.

Comment: I expect Manchester United's 3rd team would beat Hull.

However, it does not rule out 0-0 as an outside chance as the Man U reserves firepower up front is not the best they can muster.

Magpies might steal the safe spot

I'd like to see Newcastle, Sunderland & Boro to go down but that cant happen can it?

Alas no, WBA Baggies are too useless and are down already. I would like to see all five of them go down, but that can't happen either. I have got half an idea that for an unsuccessful club like Hull, I would like to see them have another season in the Premier, but anything more than that and they can become intolerable and loud like Geordies.

He does have a very good point there. Can you imagine the likes of Ronaldo, Rooney, Evra, Ferdinand et al giving their very all in a blood and thunder encounter, with the CL Final 3 days later? Nope.

At least a second string team will be trying.

I cant see the Geordies beating Villa tomorrow. Hull might be lucky and scrape a draw.
