Enjoyed it, as I have every game this season and yes, value for money.

Experience wise it doesn't and can't contend with the experiences gained on the journey to where we are. That's just the result of what has happened to football. The experience is lessened as a result.

I enjoyed it today and it was totally positively comparable with previous experiences along the way. After all, winning a first ever point against Chelsea with a world class goal, shows we are still progressing on the journey, right? Every bit as thrilling a goal and experience as Kit Napier scoring direct from a corner at the Goldstone.

Indeed, positive. Very different experience though. Premier League and football being entirely about money has ruined a great deal about football

You're not being specific at all. How would being treated as a fan be different to being treated as a customer as you supposedly feel you are at the moment?

A customer is there to be conditioned/ manipulated, fans are what they are fans easy come easy go no strings attached

Not sure if I was a customer or a fan today but really enjoyed it. So different to getting soaked at Withdean and Goldstone.I am told Premier league is all about money but happy with what I pay for my season and am sure prices wouldnt be much different whatever division we are in. Terrible all those adverts and naughty people in hospitality

You should be aware that you can be both!

Some idiotic comments above (there’s always one). Saying we are customers is not disrespectful at all, it’s actually the opposite if you have any ounce of common sense.

A customer implies you are being treated as an essential valued member of an operation. It means it’s in the clubs interest to keep us happy. If you want to see an example of fans being taken for granted and not being valued look up north to the poor Geordies.

Hats off to Paul Barber contributing here. Would be nice if trolls didn’t put a stop to that.
