John 'Darth Maple' Part (Can) v Raymond 'Barney' van Barneveld (Hol)
Wayne 'Hawaii 501' Mardle (Eng) v Terry 'The Raging Bull' Jenkins (Eng)
Phil 'The Power' Taylor (Eng) v Jelle 'The Matador' Klaasen (Hol)
James 'The Machine' Wade (Eng) v Mervyn 'The King' King (Eng)

Part v van Barneveld - Part started off better than I thought in week one and Barney is coming off the back of a tough defeat, however, the Dutchman will have too much class.
Prediction 5-8

Mardle v Jenkins - Mardle needs to prove he deserves to be in the competition as a dart player and not a showman, Jenkins got a draw in the best match of last week and seems in form, the man from Hereford for a big win.
Prediction 3-8

Taylor v Klaasen - Taylor is bang on form, but so is the young Dutchman after his cracker with Jenkins last week, this could be a lot closer than many people think but I can't see Taylor getting beat as he's in the form of his life.
Prediction 8-6

Wade v King - This should be match of the night, King started off superbly last week and Wade was a little off form, Wade on form would have too much for King but he's not on form and I can see this one being very close, a fence job.
Prediciton 7-7

Get the beers out and settle down for some top notch ARROWS! :clap2:

I've never heard of snow stopping the Tungsten Chucking before BUT... If many fans can't get there could it be off?...

P.S. With your magic marker pen can you please write one for me...

"Trigger wants to know why John Part looks like he needs a poo everytime he throws a dart"

Cheers

I don't think it will be called off just cos i can't get there - snow's stopped here so I should be ok.

It's not the snappiest slogan, Trigger, but I'll see what I can do.

Can someone post the bookmakers prices for this lot. I am websensed at work but I fancy a King, Jenkins, Taylor treble. Part V Barney is best watched for me. Especially as Jenkins may be a semblance of value and Mardle wont get anywhere near him.

Good first match. 4 - 4 a fair score I thought.

A night of surprises.

Barney continues to be lethargic, Jenkins let Mardle off the hook, Klaasen and Wade didn't turn up.

Taylor said that the new venue threw him and Klaasen and tooks 4 or 5 legs to get used to, so maybe that was a factor but James Wade looked as bad as I've ever seen him. What has Helen Chamberlain done to him?

From my point of view, it seemed like he was looking forward to getting off that stage as fast as he could. Because he certainly didn't seem up for it with his walk on sorry run on stage.
