Never used to like Premier League darts but got really into it last season, and I'm looking forward to it this season. Taylor is obviously favourite, and cant see anyone but him winning it.

Fixtures : -
James Wade V John Part - 19:00
Jelle Klaasen V Terry Jenkins - 20:00
Mervyn King V Wayne Mardle - 21:00
Raymond Barneveld V Phil Taylor - 22:00

Odds: -
James Wade 8/13, John Part 5/2, Draw 4/1
Jelle Klaasen 6/5, Terry Jenkins 5/4, Draw 4/1
Mervyn King 4/5, Wayne Mardle 19/10, Draw 4/1
Raymond Barneveld 4/1, Phil Taylor 2/5, Draw 9/2

I'm going for a Wade - Jenkins - Mardle - Taylor accumalator, pays a juicy 14/1. I dont think Klaasen will record many wins in this tournament, he is so f***ing overated, I also expect Mardle to do really well, and maybe sneak a top 4 place.

My Predictions for the league : -
Taylor
Barney
Wade
Mardle/Jenkins
Mardle/Jenkins
Jenkins
Part
Klaasen

Bring It On!

In the field
I am off to it when it comes to Newcastle. I can't wait. I was watching a feature on SSN today and the players regard the Premier League as being nearly as important as the World Champs; a real test of stamina.

Should be QUALLA viewing.

Don't Mention The War
Tommorow will be quality. I can honestly see Klassen being a threat in this competition, but he will have to adjust quickly through. Mardle will be always be a showboater, and won't make it to the play-offs. Mervin King has been putting in alot of practice and dedication, so I'm going to make him second in the league. Barney is going to be third and Wade going to be fourth. Jenkins will fight all the way to the final round of matches, but miss out.

1 Taylor
2 Barney
3 Wade
4 King
5 Klaasen
6 Jenkins
7 Mardle
8 Part

Over the fairly short format Klaasen will be dangerous and might get 4th. Fancy him at 6/5 over Jenkins tomorrow

Klaasen is going to be a bigger threat than most people think I reckon, plus his missus is WELL FIT.

Didn't you back him at a big price when you worked with me trigg? I fancy him at 6/5 big time tonight. Gonna back with Wade in a double that pays 5/2

Any Ideas what '2 way betting' is? The prices for the players drop loads in this bet.

Cheers.

Can anyone find a betting website doing odds on most tournament 180s?... I want to have a dabble on James Wade!

Tonight match bets I've done...

James Wade to beat John Part @ 8/13
Jelle Klaasen to beat Terry Jenkins @ 6/5
Mervyn King & Wayne Mardle to draw @ 4/1
Phil Taylor to beat Raymond van Barneveld @ 2/5

Stake: 5.00
Potential Winnings: 119.39

I know Taylor is the rightful favourite, but that's a good price on Barney to beat him in a one-off. Short match, and he's done it before...

£2 on Part & Barneveld @ 16.50/1.
£1 on Mardle to win the Premier League @ 50/1.

Got half a bottle of Baileys to my left, betting slips to my right & a packet of Frazzles infront of me & and can't forget the Darts. Treat night. :)

And mine, utter knobchops!... Wade was very bad for all but about two legs.

Just done set betting on the remaining three...

Klaasen 8-6 Jenkins
King 7-7 Mardle
Taylor 8-5 van Barneveld

Watch me get them all IMPRESSIVELY wrong. :)

Certainly is, Part had 2 darts at D10 to make it 7-6 then he would have been throwing for the game, f***ed it up. Then Wade had 2 darts at D19, to win the game and f***ed it up.:angry:
