incidentally, 5Live just offered the worst radio commentary I think I’ve ever heard. The commentator completely forgot to mention that the ball had actually gone in the net. Just a huge pause, during which time all you could hear was the hush of the crowd, which told you nothing… and then “the flag stays down”, which was the crucial clue the listener required to decipher that a goal had just been scored.

Their next manager has so much sorting out to do. It may take two reigns. Hopefully more.
The squad’s the result of a knee jerk shopping spree. “Quickly, let’s buy that hyped flavour of the month before ManC or Tottenham do”.
I can't see them seceding, I admit I thought they would click at some point but they are nowhere near clicking.

I was thinking that losing 1 - 5 would knock the stuffing out of them but West Ham came back so could be wrong.

I said to my son recently that Mount’s agent will play Winstanley like a violin. ‘Look to leave‘ then low and behold be awarded £200k a week. It’s the London thing; clubs, shopping, members only bars, stunning 22 year old gold-diggers. Players don’t want to leave.
