I think City lost the title when they played us.
Laporte getting the long term injury has broken their defence.
That, and not replacing Kompany in the summer.

One guy in particular won’t be attending another football match anytime soon.

Already named. And his employer been made aware. Sacked for Christmas.... nice

Just when it looks like a team is sliding badly they pull out an unexpected result - Everton today and I could see West Ham beating Arsenal - Arsenal haven't won since late October in the Europa League and Bournemouth have now lost 5 on the bounce.

Leicester are 25/1 for the title.

They have no European football (or World Club Championship), so have a week to prepare for most PL matches. That helped their title win.

Tempting.
I didn't think that Leicester would be able to get back into the position they are in - but it is clear the impact of CL money to a club (and why Man U and Arsenal have struggled).

On a lighter note one of my wishes is slowly coming to fruition:-

I'm still waiting for a player to ride across screen on a miniture horse.
Or perhaps bungee down into the screen.

But it's a start.

Citeh fans slipping away, despite 15 minutes plus remaining, and a star studded team and bench, which could quite easily score late goals.

Strange.

To be fair, in that department we are in no position to critise other clubs considering how quickly the Amex starts to empty from 80mins no mater what the bloody score is

Who else thinks Bournemouth and Burnley should be starting to worry?

While I realise points wise they’re not a lot behind us, it’s the manner of their defeats that must be worrying to their management teams !

Oooh, wouldn't it be exciting if the destination of the PL trophy was decided for the 2nd year running at The Amex in mid April?

Whatever happens, I should imagine that our game with Liverpool will be heavily infiltrated as per last year with City.

I've just watched MotD.

Over the last couple of season we've had more than our fair share of 'and finally's...'.

But have we ever been dismissed as obviously as yesterdays Not London Derby?

That was brutal.

Well, goal of the season is wrapped up early this year with Son’s magnificent run from just outside his own box to score, leaving a herd of Burnley warthogs in his wake!

Sonaldo!

I know, the WSL and ESL start emptying from 70 minutes, whatever the scoreline.

But it’s spoken about as if about on here as if it’s an annoying unique Albion trait.

Maybe it's just me but I did not enjoy the city game at all. I can't stand the media fawning about a team that's been assembled at the highest price, to boast about a dodgy state's wealth. I prefer Liverpool to city but I would rather they either had it wrapped up by then or win it after as I want to concentrate on Brighton and not any other side.

Me neither, left before any presentation nonsense, and was surrounded by Citeh fans. Do not want a repeat.

Oh come on don’t be such a curmudgeon, it’s not often fans get to celebrate with all the catering staff of the away team on a lap of honour.

It’s not just you. The media narrative of Guardiola’s brilliance in back to back titles, airbrushed out the fact that Citeh had outgunned every club in the game on player spending.

The best players and squads win the big prizes, especially leagues.
