Wow! Contrast the fortunes Macca and Moises eh? I hate the Klopp farewell love in but you perhaps wouldn't begrudge Macca winning the title as he left us in a classy manner.

As for Moises it's a nightmare and Chelsea are the shambles that keeps on giving ;)

I've always maintained that Mac was a far bigger loss to us than Caicedo. Unspectacular player (apart from the old worldie) but most matches he just didn't put a foot wrong. Engine Room supervisor.

He’s been liverpools star man for weeks now. Amazing player
He went to the right team.

His game has risen a level. He's becoming to Liverpool what Scholes used to be to United.

That Ali Mac goal is just typical big 6 bias, I’m afraid

When he scored one of those for us they spent ten minutes trying desperately to chalk it off

80 goals conceded by the Blades.

8 games left to chalk up the magic 100.
The most ever conceded in a 38 game season is 89 (by that Derby team), Swindon managed 100 in 93/94 at a similar rate as Derby per game (2.38 vs 2.34)

Strong chance that record at least goes this season from here

In our Amex win over Manure which was a huge stepping stone to European football, Mac ran the game. In the end all they could do was hack him down, notably Antony.

I can’t quite compute the emotions I feel watching Mac Allister these days. Pride in the knowledge that Little Old Albion found him, nurtured him and sent him on his way to the biggest honour the game has to offer. Excitement at what he might yet go on to achieve. Warmth in knowing that it’s reciprocated and he holds us in high regard…

…and the total bloody agony of knowing he’ll never play for us again.
😭
