A chance to open up a bit of a points gap below us. We could realistically be 4 points ahead of 7th win games in hand by 5:30 on Saturday.

Absolutely outrageous that with more than half the season gone, only Arsenal, Man City and Spurs have scored more goals than us. And City / Spurs have played more games than us.

Its getting silly now.
I guess kicky ball on goal helps.

Sadly West Ham are unlikely to keep our spirits up, at lunchtime.

I need it to be Saturday 5pm already. I'm not generally one for wishing my life away, but I'm just stuck in limbo.

Us being good and exciting has really flucked me over.

I love watching us - as normal. (I even write "us")
But that was it, in the wake of 'oh you like football' I'd reply something like 'no I hate it, I'm completely disconnected from it, but the Albion is much much deeper than that'.

Scroll forward to the Chelsea car crash and I can't get enough of that.
They are currently the first fixture I look for where, when, what time, appointment viewing.

Then the World Cup happens - I'm completely yogurt knitted sandals opposed to it.
Luckily I never openly said 'im not watching', because despite everything I watched every Albion minute (not England).

Now, for the first time in 40 years, (ironically a time when football wasn't really available) I just can't get enough football.

All Chelsea, Liverpool, relegation, North London.
Until such time as Brentford and Fulham are put to the sword, I'm struggling to find a team I'm shoulder shrugging apathetic about.
That team should be palace - but obvs isn't palace.

I guess what I'm saying is:-

Bring Back GPott and bland football.

I fully don't expect to still be in this position come the end of the season but could you just IMAGINE if we are within touching distance of a champions league spot with a few games left to play? This really is a golden era for the club and I'm loving absolutely every second of it.
