Ake back for Bournemouth, ahead of original timescale. He is easily their best player and his injury has coincided with their poor run.

Bad news. Hopefully SmegEddie is so desperate to turn around their fortunes that he's gambling on Ake's fitness and he suffers a short relapse that rules him out of the subsequent 2 fixtures.

At least we know Brooks is still at least 6 weeks away from fitness, and has no chance of featuring against us.

Subsequent two months you mean

Well there has been a lot of defeatist white flag waving since losing at Everton, so for some that is all they have left to cling to.

Mmm I agree I get down after every Brighton defeat like anyone else but it was Everton away not a good hunting ground ever for us...we lost by odd goal against a team who were right up for it after embarrassment in cup against liverpool youth.,new manager bounce and have spent far more money than we can. We lost 1 nil could of been more but likewise we equally could of got a point so why the bedwetting I don't know

I agree. Not a solitary issue to be concerned about. All is tickety-boo.

I figure, if boremuff equalise and Man City play to their ability, he who wears girls socks will be in the relegation zone again.....where he belongs

They’ve got him fit so they can get £40m for him in the Jan window

Poor Eddie looks a bit down in the dumps on the touch line

So then who has worked out the best result for us today in the Bournemouth V Watford game? I'm damned if I can. The only way I see it is Watford are too good to go down so either them to win and put smug Eddie further in the mire or a draw. Even with a draw the gap to the bottom 3 for us will be down to 3 points

I will be very happy with a Watford win. I strongly believe they are staying up. Zero points for Bournemouth is a good result.
