I want to see Haarland play....but I want him to be injured against us,,,,does that make me bad?

or will we pitch up at The Etiead and see a dunk masterclass?

Whatever happens a night out in Manchester bekons.

I think we're going to see a Webster masterclass. We'll see a previously unseen dark side to Haaland, as our boys frustrate him beyond all measure, he handballs a "goal" out of desperation, gets a straight red, signalling the start of the unravelling of City's season. Ha, yes! Maybe.

Going to go out on a limb here and say that the Leeds v Villa game won't be first on MOTD2 tonight.

Poor choice if they don't put it on first - get it out of the way and people will keep watching for the Haaland Show. Put it on last, and they'll lose their audience at the MOTD equivalent of 70 minutes!

In our dreams. The only chance we have of getting any kind of result at City is if they have an early sending off again. If not, then it’s a 90 minute damage limitation excercise, which is quite a depressing state of affairs for the PL as a competitive spectacle given that we’re a legit top-half team right now.

Oh I don’t know. I’m quite looking forward to an end to end 7-4 thriller

I think Villa could be in real trouble. Their fans want Gerrard gone, their football is dire and extremely negative. They’ve spent relatively big and they’ve flopped to a man. Every single one.

Haaland is just something else. Yet another hatrick.

3-4 years ago he was transferred for about 20M euros. If only our recruitment team had been on the ball and doing their job instead of wasting all that time and effort chasing after Calleri, Jahanbakhsh and Darwin bloody Nunez!

Recruitment team - OUT! :)

True, but we still had Glenn upfront then!

And it seems Gerrard is getting a bit tetchy about being questioned. When asked by the local journalist about Cameron Archer not getting game time "He's only done one full session. Is he chomping at the bit? 100 per cent. You're a fan of Cameron, you, aren't ya? Or are you a mate of the family? Something's going on because you've asked me 25 questions this year and I reckon 19 have been on Cam Archer. You're a fan aren't ya?"(journo denies any link to the family) https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sp...s/aston-villa-cameron-archer-gerrard-25160547

Think he is relatively safe for now. Could change quickly obviously but don't see him getting sacked just yet.

There's a fair bit of wishful thinking on here. He is a scouser.

You'd probably would have actually needed to come to Sussex as you planned to understand it .................

Sounds like the pressure is getting to him a bit! Reminds me a little of Nigel Pearson and the “ostriches”.

This feels dreadful but I've just seen tonight's match and thought "I don't care about this bottom of the table match, it doesn't affect us" - I'm getting a bit... ...big six fan.

True, but a forest win puts Palace in the bottom 3.

It wasn't my fault, I didn't start typing that until after Leiecester took the lead. 1-0 to city.

EDIT: 2-0.
