Off the top of my head, Australia 76 England 0 on the summer tour in 1998.

So he was and apparently the 19 year old missed two "comfortable" conversions in that game. Can't see the current Wilkinson doing that again though

It was his first international start. He had only played one minute of international rugby, as a substitute against Ireland in the Five Nations, prior to that game.
