I know it’s only a slow friendly game, but when we get into wide positions we should just put the ball in. Instead our first instinct is to go back to a midfield player. We seem to be looking for the perfect opportunity when we should be shooting more, crossing more.

You’d think the season had started from the comments on this thread. No points available today and Leeds lost 3-0 to Stoke and Spurs are losing 2-0 to Watford. We are actually doing quite well here and we are missing a few of our better players too :lolol:

Commentators repeated the aim a lot here - it's been about getting minutes into the team, not about going for your life to get a win. It's a 'competitive fitness' exercise
