A trot-around against some non-league gubbins to get rid of some rust and get some fitness back.
Then a serious step-up at our Portuguese training camp, with some Premiership opposition.
Then back to Blighty for a couple of games probably against some Championship teams


Thats a damn sight better than our usual grand tour of Sussex pub teams.

That's fair enough, however the way it was worded it sounded as if he claimed that Burgess Hill and Whitehawk were "big" teams, and that playing Worthing every year has made us "little"

that was the contradictory part-the rest of it I'd agree that it's one of the best I've seen in a long while

Bit of a contradiction when two of the pre-season games are against opponents who came below Worthing this year And Bognor got relegated, so it puts them in the same bracket as the other "little" teams!!

So how does that make it a "strong pre-season" then?
