Just googled pubs and found The Swann on the way in off the A5 in Watling st. Seems to have been used by other teams for pre-match. Will be in there around midday if anyone else is around. Any better ideas welcome.
ps got 2 spaces in car if anyone wants a lift from Hastings area or en-route.

Going by train from Clapham junction, any idea what train station is the best choice to get off at, only driven before, Cheers.

Red Lion, nice location but just a drinkers pub; don't expect grub other than crisps/nuts
Pink Punters for after the match but you'll have to hang about before it gets lively allegedly; or try the Irish Club/Rugby club almost opposite

If you are driving and want some good grub; The Three Locks on the Leighton Buzzard to Bletchley road; clue in the name about the location or Red Lion in Gt Brickhill; great views, you may think this is a nice place to live in before you descend into the shithole named Bletchley!

We just drank at the ground last time. Really nice bar right by the main stadium entrance with Sky sports and reasonably priced drinks.
