Back to what they did in the summer then I take it - every fixture will be spread out and shown on one platform or another.

Until PPV returns at a tenner a pop - because they'd never give it to us for £5.

The EPL are probably desperate for a tightly contested 4 or 5 team run in, so they can start tin rattling just before Easter.

Great news. I can watch it for just £25 on a BT Monthly Pass. That'll put paid to £14.95 on PPV for good - oh, wait a minute...

Subscribe on Nov 21 and in the first 8 days alone you get...

Nov 21 - Villa v Albion
Nov 28 - Albion v Liverpool

.... with a good chance of more Albion matches in the following 22 days. And loads of other live games too.

All for less than the price of two PPV matches.

To put it another way, if PPV persisted you'd have to pay almost £40 (£25 + £14.95) to catch those two matches....

Thanks Wozza. My post was half serious and half for humorous effect (I know it wasn't that funny) but I hadn't checked the schedule. Thanks for the update, that's good news. I was only hoping this morning we'd be playing Liverpool soon while they had three centre backs out of action.

Looks like I’ll be back to listening to BBC Sussex when I’m not actually at a game or able to watch in the pub, then. Luckily, I quite enjoy the way it’s currently presented and enjoy Warren’s ramblings.

I’ll not be spending any money with BT Sports until they make access to the service easier for casual viewers. I rarely want to watch games we are not involved in, so have never wanted a full on subscription service. Spreading it across different providers just makes me even less likely to sign up to any of them.

So how do you do it.
Do I need to sign up and then immediately cancel so I don't pay for a second month?

If in view PPV club income was due to be shared amongst all 20 teams, you could argue that it should be shared only by the teams who have featured on PPV, not exactly a fortune but still..
