Already looks like a more dynamic, fluid, quick, insert another exciting word, young team.

Edited for you!

Also i fully expect Liam Dickinson to force himself into the team ahead of Forster by the end of the season.

We've always had a good team on paper, but it's not transpired to the pitch very often. Fingers crossed with a few new faces we might finally develop and push on a bit

Thats starting to look pretty decent.

Is it?

In our back four we've got two players we haven't seen (one hasn't played for over 6 months, the other just coming back from a crutiate injury) A LB we're not sure that can defend but is brilliant going forward and a CB who has been woefully out of form.

That said we've got a half decent midfield (if we take out Carole and find an actual left sided midfielder) and a good strike force but that doesn't mean alot if we can't stop conceeding goals.

But, you're only listing matchday squad. Poyet has said he thinks the club squad should have 25 players. There's space in his squad for 7 more players.

I think perhaps instead of looking at match day line up, we should have a first and second choice in each position and 3 utility players.

For example, using your team

Kuipers (Brezovan)

calderon (Hoyte) elphick (Virgo) Painter (Tunnicliffe) mcnulty (El Abd)

Bennett (? ? ?) dicker (McCleod) crofts (Navarro) Carole (Cox)

Forster (Davies) Murray (Dickinson)

+ 3 more who have the flexibility to be a back up in more than one position as a 'just in case' option and also additional competition for places.
