Anyone here a West Stand Upper season ticket holder?

Does that count as 'top flight experience'?

All this talk of Poyet to a Prem team is simply nonsense, he's not proved himself to be good enough yet and in his own mind he should know that.

Can't see Norwich coming in for Gus TBH... some on here seem to have far too inflated an opinion of his success to date... don't get me wrong, I think he is a brilliant manager, but 10th in the Championship is not exactly screaming to Prem chairmen 'come and get me'...

Nobody in the prem wants a manager with just a league 1 championship under their belt, people need a reality check as its clear he is not being approached by anyone end of.

Means nothing. Even managers discount themselves, and then move. Lambert was not intersted in Villa, and Rodgers was no way going to Liverpool. All we can do is sit back, watch, and belive nothing until it's on the offical site!!

Once he has got us in the Prem or just missed out a couple of years in a row then he'll be credible for a lower Prem team. With all due respect to Norwich, Swansea etc hasn't Gus stated he would only move to a 'big' team from us? Can understand that, look at the set-up we have here and the future training facilities and stadium expansion. This is not a club standing still.

Why hasn't he ruled himself out yet, it's dragging on too long

Because he is on holiday and the only people linking him are press?

He did speak to the press last week though and said nothing has changed and he is focussed on Brighton for next season. Is that not enough?
