I think that he has wha some people think as a typical south american temprament. I think he is a wonderful character. He has made mistakes(but what manager doesn't) and i think he is still on a steep learning curve, but on the whole i think he is slowly turning the club around and although i am sure you guys have many various issues with some of his actions from what i can tell so far, i think he will take us up a level in terms of professionalism.
