Why is everyone not stating the obvious? RDZ goes and Potter returns. I for one would have no problem with that. That's is why he is holding out, he has learnt his lesson and IMHO he only wants one club and that is us.
Maybe, if he has completed his history degree.

Could do a lot worse than Potter dont think it would take as much time to get going from where we are now. But would be boring choice. If we cant get 1st or 2nd choice I could see us turn to him

That thought has crossed my mind more than once. Not so much that he 'only wants one club', but that he feels he could come back and pick up from where he left off.

I do think that there may be a few problems though as there is a large feeling that he very much burnt his bridges, firstly with the way he left, and then saying that f he'd wanted an easy life he'd have stayed with us. Plus there's the whole 'history lesson' thing which proved he didn't have much of a connection with the fanbase even when he was here.

I say 'burnt his bridges', but it was more burning the bridges raping the women and firebombing the orphanages, i.e. there's a lot to make up!

Brighton factually.....

Of course he would feel he could come back and pick up where he left off….

Look at us now, we have not nose dived since he left, he would be coming to a well run club, with good players not burdened by FFP and an owner that runs the club sensibly nearly every manger in the world would like to come here.
Especially if they had been unemployed for a while, we can do better than Potter, he has proved he can’t be trusted.

Anyway he has eyes on Southgate’s job.

Potter has dull, dower, monotone, uninspiring safe pair of greedy eyed hands written all over him.
perfect replacement for the current, dull, dower, monotone, uninspiring safe pair of greedy eyed hands.
