I was just thinking, the confused and fabricated history of Palace is ripe for him to get stuck into patronising the fans about. He'd hate the throat slitting gestures from the crowd and would soon be suggesting "history lessons". Lol.
I agree Palace may not be suitable but for a different reason. It’s always been a Bloom project at BHA and coaches have been fortunate enough to be hired into it. To be fair I think both Potter and RDZ have acknowledged this.I can’t. They simply don’t have the players coming through for a Potter project. The main reason Potter was so successful was the pool of players he had available. Palace don’t have the depth.
There is absolutely no way they would go down under him thoughTo be fair, Potter taking Palace down would finally see him unite our fanbase
Stop crushing my dreamsThere is absolutely no way they would go down under him though
Although not popular Mullery kept palace up with one of the worst squads I have ever seen as well as all the fuss with Noads wanting to merge with Wimbledon….what a time to be a palace fan that was !If he goes to Palace I hope he does as well as Alan Mullery did
Really? As opposed to say, going to Chelsea? If he goes to Palace then we’ll know he has thrown his principles out of the window in the chase for cash. Greed will have won.
If he does go to Palace, Bruno has an interesting decision to make….To be fair, Potter taking Palace down would finally see him unite our fanbase
I’m not sure about that. Guehi, Eze and Olise is a decent core of young players to build around. And Potterball doesn’t make much use of strikers anyway. I can see him going there and doing quite well, annoyingly.I can’t. They simply don’t have the players coming through for a Potter project. The main reason Potter was so successful was the pool of players he had available. Palace don’t have the depth.
Imagine your mate's missus has left him for another bloke. If she leaves the new bloke for another bloke, do you think you mate would say 'well, that's done it - there is no way back now'? And to add, you mate is now in a new relationship with an absolute little cracker of an Italian? If he does go to Palace, Bruno has an interesting decision to make….
At the moment, time heals etc…. Going to Palace would push him further away IMO.
I sincerely hope that we never see Bruno back here as anything but a member of an opposition coaching teamIf he does go to Palace, Bruno has an interesting decision to make….

True, he’s already been sold a “here for the long game” pup, big big gamble to believe things will be any different at knee jerk PalaceNext move for Potter is crucial. Get it wrong and he'll be following the Phil Brown path. Needs to choose the right club, regardless of location.
Palace have much talk but very little substance and no balls whatsoever. Clear from their two failed attempts at changing from ugly attrition-ball to expansive possession based football.
Potters a great manager but I'm not sure that would be a good fit for them.
That’s just not really true, is it? If he wants to manage in the Premier League again then there are what, 5-10 clubs absolute max that he’d have a chance at getting a job at. Palace are a stable Premier League club with a half decent squad, they would surely be one of the better options of that 5-10 for him.If he goes to Palace then we’ll know he has thrown his principles out of the window in the chase for cash. Greed will have won.
