As we seem to have one of these after every match (and I can't see one from last night's), how do you feel about our manager?

Adams - in or out?

Also worth adding that the results from these will be interesting to analyse to see if there are any trends over time in our (fickle) views.

Pesonally, I'm still in the 'in' camp... and although I didn't go last night, the way we fought and competed with the best team in the division makes me think we might be turning a corner.

Although I was disappointed to see Wilkins removed, I have always been in the Adams 'in' camp. Although performances and results have been poor for most of the season we need more stability, not less. I think he's been unlucky with injuries to a certain extent and also think he has taken some time to get to know how the current players work best. Give him a proper amount of time to put together the side he wants and then judge him on that.

I hoped that after we beat Leicester & Millwall earlier in the season but it never happened, I'm still not convinced Adams is the right man for the job but I'll be more than happy to eat humble pie if he proves me wrong.

Pork pie land.
Still out (at the moment).

The lads tried really hard and were able to grab a draw, but we could easily have lost heavily if Leicester had taken their chances.

The first half was awfull with the midfield sitting right back on top of the backs, and hoofing the ball forward for Nicky Forster to chase against 3 defenders. The result being they simply got the ball back and came at us again.

We need to see what happend with signings and in matches against teams other than the likes of Leicester (who the players are up for without any Manager's motivation). We did manage to beet them at home - but we are still in a relegation battle.

The good thing is that at the end of Saturday's game and last night, the players showed that they were prepared to fight.

I don't see the point of getting rid of him now at the moment. Let him make some new signings before Sat and hopefully that should be enough to make the results improve. I would say IN until mid to late Feb (assuming we haven't already put a couple of wins together by then)

Why on EARTH anyone would want Adams as our manager after this season is beyond me.

Perhaps there should be more options, like IN because I want him as manager, and IN because we cannot afford to sack him...

I suspect some of the INs might fall into the second camp.

Good result last night, BUT we are in the relegation zone, when we were supposed to be in the play-offs. It's not down to bad luck either, I have seen enough from MA this season to convince me he's not the man he once was, and that's why we've done so poorly.

I don't change my mind with each result, and it's therefore still OUT for me.

Walt - it's a simple in or out... what you want... forget the real world stuff.. ok?

I am IN - because I think we need a bit of stabiliy.

I am not in denial - I know we have been rubbish this season. But I believe (and feel free to disagree, it is all about opinions) that changing manager now will not change our results for the better. I would like a manager to have time to build a team - Wilkins did not have that luxury (and I did not really agree with his sacking). I think our meduim term success depends on a settled team.

Amazed the amount the ins and outs change each week :gulp:

That's what gets me as well. I'm an OUT, you're an IN, and I think we can probably understand each others view, but I don't understand how someone can be deciding on such a knee-jerk as any one single game.

If we do start to show signs of improving, if I can see a pattern of play developing, if I can start to believe it's the same MA again, then my opinion will change, but that will not happen overnight.

Exactly my stance.

Baffles me that a draw with Leicester sees the tide turn BACK in Micky's favour so drastically. A loss to Hartlepool and it will go back against him.

I wonder sometimes whether a lot of people just follow their gut reactions in the aftermath of the latest game.

I've been a bit of a sit-on-the fencer up until now, so I guess this hasn't really changed. I don't think 1 result should be blown out of proportion - it was a very good draw but we need to start winning games and in the grand scheme of things this isn't the most important game by a long way (1 bonus point is nowhere near as important as 3 vital points off fellow relegation strugglers). I suppose I'm Adams in now until the end of the season, I wouldn't have been sad to see him go at the start of January but I think it's getting on the late side to be changing managers now.

Last week I moved into the out brigade but after the last two results I'm going back on the fence...... more in hope than in faith
