Don't shoot me down in flames here, but I haven't been on here for ages. The lovely post counter is back. Thank f**k. It sorts the wheat from the chaff IMO

I believe that is exactly why postcounts were got rid of I seem to remember - people thought that the validity of their opinions were proportional to their postcount.

I have to say I disagree, everyone (in my opinion) has something to contribute, whether they have been watching albion for 2 years or 40 years, whether they are young or old and, yes, whether they have a big post count or not.

Is the fact that post counts disappeared the reason why you've not been on for ages? And why exactly does it "sort the wheat from the chaff"?

I think it's a spelling mistake...I think he meant "Chav"

Definitely not chaff. Post count is no indicator of anything. Date joined can be useful in that it might flag up a mischief-maker or spammer if they have just joined, but post count means nothing.

There are plenty of posters with many thousands of posts who talk utter bollox in almost every single one. Don't care if it's there or not - but it's defo not a badge of honour.
